• Various professional creator profiles including creator images, own faq and verified reviews

• A creator can enquire about a model using our contact forms on each model profile

• A model can contact a creator using our forms on creator profiles

• Our NEW Expert Request Matching service allows us to carefully find the right model for your shoot and help with the awkward questions regarding what to bring, how to perform etc without getting blocked, allow us to word it professionally, however, this is time consuming work for us, therefore we need to charge a fee starting from £9 for simple solo shoot enquiries and fee of £19 for complex B/G hardcore shoots

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing advertising space or submitting any content to UKCreatorJobs.com for the purpose of advertisement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Eligibility

To advertise on UKCreatorJobs.com, you must be over the age of 18 and an individual with full capacity to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable laws. • Our billing processors prohibit the use of full nudity or adult images & direct weblinks

• We can offer youtube video hotlinks to be embedded so they show up on your profile.

• It does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights.

• It complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct, including the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code) and GDPR requirements.

• It does not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harmful material.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any advertisement at our discretion without prior notice if it is found to violate these conditions without refund.

Established Profile Benefits

• When a model or creators launches their first 12 month profile they start to become ranked in priority, longer established profile can appear more appealing to new models.

• Please note, expired profiles not renewed, will result in all rating score reset to zero and would remain a dormant profile until total deletion by month 24, unless cancelled or request for profile removal.

4. Payment Terms

• Advertisers are required to pay in full before the advertisement goes live on the website.

• The cost of advertising will be outlined in our "advertise with us" section on our main site and may vary based on factors such as advertisement size, placement, and duration.

• All payments must be made in GBP (£). UKCreatorJobs.com reserves the right to modify its fees at any time but will provide reasonable notice in advance for existing advertisers.

• Late payments or non-payments may result in the suspension or removal of your advertisement without refund.

• Our refund policy: Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Once a digital product or service has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

• There is an option to hide your profile from public view for any amount of time, then make visible again any time, this would attract an amendment one of fee of £20

• Amendment fees: For any changes to an existing advert attracts a fee of £20

5. Placement and Duration

• Basic Creator Profile: One month non recurring - One off fee £ 24.50

• Professional Creator Profile: 12 month non recurring - One off fee £ 47.50

• Advertisements will be displayed in the position and for the duration agreed as stated in our "advertise with us" section on our main site.

• Profile adverts can have one main feature image plus up to 8 images, up to 80 word description and your embedded youtube link if any, and will run each month as payment clears.

• Amendment fee may be required for any alteration to a active profile. £20 one time fee.

• There is an option to hide your profile from public view for any amount of time, then make visible again any time, this would attract an amendment one time fee of £20 We do not guarantee the position, prominence, or reach of any advertisement beyond what is expressly agreed upon.

• UKCreatorJobs.com is not responsible for downtime or technical issues that may temporarily prevent your advertisement from being displayed, though we will work to resolve any such issues promptly. Our aim is for 99% uptime!

6. Advertising Restrictions

The following types of advertisements are prohibited on UKCreatorJobs.com:

• Illegal or fraudulent businesses.

• Images or context that may be offensive, topless images or erotic lingerie is allowed.

• Extreme pornography, Illegal pornography.

• Hate speech or any discriminatory material.

• Misleading job offers, multi-level marketing schemes, or pyramid schemes.

• Gambling, alcohol, tobacco, or drugs (except where permitted by law and only in compliance with advertising regulations).

• Any other content deemed inappropriate by UKCreatorJobs.com.
